Notorious slow player Charlie Williams and Rafael Gonzalez were each penalized a game in their match, which Williams went on to win 8-3. Danny Harriman, who qualified for the World Open at Pro Tyme Billiards in Orland Park, IL, at one of the toughest qualification events, won his first round against Ryan Keller with an 8-0 whitewashing.
