Pechauer Southeast Open 9-Ball Tour strolled into Stix ‘N’ Stones in Palatka, where an excited crowd watched Scotty Townsend win undefeated.A field of 23 players sparred during the July 15-16 weekend, and by the end of the first day only four players remained. After a vote by the players, the decision was made to resume play at 10 a.m. instead of the usual 1 p.m., causing havoc for tour director Tommy Kennedy, who was still on the winners’ side.
