Billiard Education Foundation Awards 2007 Scholarships The Billiard Education Foundation (BEF) is pleased to announce the scholarship awards for 2007 BEF Academic Scholarship Program. Eight college-bound students have been selected to receive scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 from the BEF through this program.
