Tearing up the competition on the Tiger Tour, Jerry Slivka bested the open division while Sueyen Rhee did the same on the ladies’ side. Taking place at Orange Ball Billiards in Rockville, MD, the pair of double-elimination 9-ball events was held March 10-11.

Both the weather and shooting were beautiful the weekend of March 3-4 in Lake Jackson, TX, where the Hunter Classics Tour made their first stop of the billiards season. Forty-two women billiard players ventured down to Shooters II, with Heather Lloyd double-dipping Lisa Marr to make an exciting finale for the crowd.

Two Filipino’s, sharing the same hotel room in Fujairah, began the evening sharing the stage and in quest of a single trophy. Current World 9-Ball Champion Ronnie Alcano and his roommate Dennis Orcollo are the best of friends, and it must be said that this friendship extends even into the playing arena.
