Kiamco Takes U.S. Bar Table 9-Ball Championships

With the final day of the U.S. Bar Table 9-Ball Championships in swing, Warren Kiamco came through to win the event undefeated.
Kiamco was one of the top four on the winners’ side as the day began, and after defeating Dave Martin, Kiamco was in the hot seat match. Meeting him there was Rafael Martinez, who bested Shane van Boening, but Kiamco proved to be too strong and sent Martinez west as he proceeded to the finals.

The gala opening ceremonies for th ebilliard tournament were held Thursday night and all but two matches of the opening round were completed on Friday. The opening ceremonies were highlighted by speeches from the organizers and from the Diamond Sponsor of the event, Damas, creators of fine fashion jewelry.
