Bitter cold saw in the weekend of February 3-4, bringing 54 billiard players to Pool Paradise in Waterloo for the month’s first Canadian 30K Tour billiards stop. Given the strong field, it was no surprise that it took a former world champion, Alex Pagulayan, to win the event.

My pool cue, on my pool table 🙂 That’s an irish linen wrap. For the curious, the cue is a Meucci that cost around $200 in 1996. I won it, and it became my break cue when I *really* played pool.
