The last event I felt prepared going in, then once I got there I felt intimidated. Im real happy now, Ive been working hard on my game. I went home and totally redid my game. I know Im a great player, and I dont need to feel like this. I can play, so I just built myself a new routine and I feel great. Im two and one after three matches. I think its very tough. Of course if I win, I will be guaranteed, but I could maybe still advance. Im going to play the last match real hardits a good player who just beat Corey. I think every match is a great match, and Im just trying to play my game.

Thats because its never gonna happen to me, dont you get it? Im not gonna let it happen, I dont care if am playing the slowest guy in the tournamentIm not gonna let it happen. Ill keep him up to pace, Ill get up to the table and hurry up and miss, let him back to the table. You know what he does? He goes to the bathroom first thing. They do have some stiff rules herethe one rule they are lacking is the shot clock more than anything. Thats the most imperative rule in this gameit protects me and the game and all the great, talented players. The guys that cant think fast enough will just fall by the wayside. Thats the way it should it.

Dutchman Niels Feijen won a decisive 8-2 match over Lee Chenman, Alex Lely defeated Miyuki Sakai 8-4, and Mika Immonen of Finland won by the same score over Joseph Minici.

He had played against Robert McKenna of the UK and speedily won 8-2. I played very good, I think, I played a fast match, twenty-five minutes, I think. I played good and broke good. I had a couple of racks, very tough, not easy, but I worked through them. I feel good now and for tomorrow. If I can play like this, I wont have a problem.

It was very clearly laid out at the players meeting that if you use a phenolic tip youre disqualified, so unfortunately in the first round we had to disqualify him and he forfeits his prize money.

I think Im making more balls than Im not. The real problem is I am missing too many easy shots. That was okay today, but as things go on and on, they get tougher and tougher and you cant do that any longer. The tables are playing a little tricky, but overall I like the way they are playing. Just that sometimes when you come off the cushon you expect a certain angle what people dont understand is that the cloth has only been played on for seven or eight daysit usually about a month to break in the cloth.
